ipsogen MLL Standards are for real-time PCR on the Rotor-Gene Q and other real-time PCR instruments. These ready-to-use plasmid DNA standards are optimized for reliable and sensitive quantification of MLL fusion gene transcripts.

ipsogen MLL Standards are extremely stable DNA plasmids designed according to Europe Against Cancer (EAC) recommendations. These standards precisely quantify the copy number of MLL fusion gene transcripts by generating standard curves based on the known concentration of plasmid DNA dilutions of the target gene. ipsogen MLL Standards include 5 dilutions of a given MLL fusion gene. The dilutions provide 10¹, 10², 10³, 10⁵, and 10⁶ copies in 5 μl.
