Is the Fast Reaction Mix ready to use in the Investigator ESSplex Plus?

Yes. The Fast Reaction Mix contains Taq enzyme, Mg2+ and dNTPs in a pre-optimized concentration. Only Investigator ESSplex Plus Primer Mix and template DNA need to be added. Nuclease free Water can be added to fill up to the full reaction volume.
