For your projects using lower amounts of starting RNA than whole transcriptome and mRNA sequencing, we use QIAseq UPX 3′ Transcriptome Kits for high-throughput gene expression analysis from samples with less than 1000 cells or 10 ng RNA. Superior accuracy, sensitivity and specificity is ensured with locked nucleic acid (LNA) enhanced chemistry, and unique molecular indices (UMIs) are integrated to eliminate library-amplification bias for accurate gene expression.
