Our satisfaction guarantee means that purchasing from QIAGEN is risk-free. If you are not entirely satisfied with the performance of any product, simply call our Technical Service department. They can answer any questions and, if you are still not satisfied, arrange a prompt refund or exchange.

Information for ordering
There is no minimum order requirement. For fast and efficient service, please provide us with the following information:
- Customer account number (if known)
- Valid purchase order number
- Invoice address
- Delivery address
- Name and phone number of purchasing agent
- Name and phone number of end user
- Catalogue number and description of product
- Quantity and size of product
To confirm a telephone order in writing, the confirmation should be clearly marked "Confirmation — Do Not Duplicate". If your institution is a regular customer, written confirmation of telephone orders is generally not necessary.

Prices and terms
Payment terms for purchases are net 30 days. Prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final acceptance by QIAGEN Pte Limited. at the prices in effect at the time of shipment, and are based on our terms and conditions of sale.

Incomplete and damaged shipments
If a shipment is incomplete, please retain all shipping documents, containers, and packing materials, and notify our Customer Care department as soon as possible (no later than five business days after receipt).
If a shipment is damaged, accept the shipment and retain all shipping documents, cartons, and packing materials for inspection. Note on the delivery note any visible damage at time of receipt. Report the damage to our Customer Care department as soon as possible. Questions and requests for assistance should be directed to our Operations/Customer Care department.

Returns
Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not entirely satisfied with the performance of a QIAGEN product we will exchange or refund it. Simply call our Operations/Customer Care department for a Return Authorization Number.
Return Authorization Numbers enable us to track your return and ensure appropriate credit to your account. If you are returning goods, please be ready to provide the following information:
- Purchase order number
- QIAGEN order reference number
- Catalog number and description of product
- Reason for return
We can then issue a Return Authorization Number and give you instructions on how best to get the products back to QIAGEN.
Separate conditions apply to QIAGEN scientific instruments and to products shipped on dry ice. Third party items not manufactured by QIAGEN are excluded from the QIAGEN warranty. Please inquire for more information.

Product Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee*
QIAGEN guarantees the performance of all products in the manner described in our product literature. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for its particular use. Should any product fail to perform satisfactorily due to any reason other than misuse, QIAGEN will replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to change, alter, or modify any product to enhance its performance and design. If a QIAGEN product does not meet your expectations, return it to us. We will credit your account or exchange the product — as you wish.
All QIAGEN scientific instruments are backed by individual warranties. Third party items not manufactured by QIAGEN are excluded from the QIAGEN warranty. Please inquire for more information.
