Now, both RNA and DNA can be isolated with the RNeasy PowerSoil DNA Elution Kit. Recover total nucleic acids by combining the RNeasy PowerSoil DNA Elution Kit with the RNeasy PowerSoil Total RNA Kit.
Following RNA elution with the RNeasy PowerSoil Total RNA Kit, the column is placed in a new 15 ml tube. DNA elution buffer is added and DNA is eluted. These nucleic acids are then ready for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qPCR and next-generation sequencing without further handling or purification.
RNeasy PowerSoil DNA Elution Kit was formerly sold by MO BIO as RNA PowerSoil DNA Elution Accessory Kit.
