Transient transfection of HeLa-S3 cells in 60 mm dishes using PolyFect® Transfection Reagent - (EN)
The following protocol is optimized for transient transfection of HeLa-S3 cells in 60 mm dishes. Parameters for transfection using other culture formats are given in Table 1.
