QIAGEN Ribonuclease A（RNase A）は厳しい品質管理を受けたエンドヌクレアーゼフリー酵素で、プラスミド精製操作中のRNA分解に最適です。この即使用可能の溶液は、全てのQIAGENのプラスミドDNA精製キットに含まれるRNAaseと同じ仕様です。この溶液はBuffer P1で希釈することで適正な濃度に調製します。
