Principle
本キットの独自の試薬と Plasmid Plus 96 プレートのデザインは、高い結合容量を実現します。中和後、ライセートはTurboFilter 96プレートを用いて清澄化します。Plasmid Plus 96プレートのメンブレンへのプラスミドDNA結合を至適化するために、非カオトロピックな結合バッファーを清澄化ライセートに添加します。この独自の結合バッファーが特異性の高い結合条件を実現し、陰イオン交換プレップに匹敵する純度のDNAを調製します（図“ 最高のプラスミドDNA品質”）。独自のキット試薬により、5 mlのE. coli培養液からウェルあたり最高50 μgのプラスミドDNAを精製できます（図“ 高収量のプラスミドDNA調製” および “ 他社と比べて卓越した性能”）。

High yields of plasmid DNA.
E. coli DH5 a strains carrying pCMVβ were grown in 5 ml LB medium. Plasmid DNA was isolated manually using the QIAvac 96 and either the QIAprep 96 Plus Miniprep Kit or the QIAprep 96 Turbo Miniprep Kit or automated on the BioRobot Universal System using either the QIAprep 96 Plus BioRobot Kit or the QIAprep 96 Turbo BioRobot Kit. DNA was quantified using absorbance measurement and verified by agarose gel analysis. Higher yields were achieved with QIAprep 96 Plus Miniprep and BioRobot Kits.
