Product Details
DNeasy PowerMax土壌キットを使えば、土壌やその他の環境サンプルの生物濃度は問題になりません。このキットは大容量の試料を処理するために設計され、一般に土壌に含まれるPCR阻害物質を含まないDNAサンプルを研究者に提供します。腐植物質と堆肥、肥料および堆積物に由来する溶液の着色は、阻害剤除去技術（IRT）によって排除され、精製されたDNAは、qPCR、サンガーシークエンシング、次世代シークエンシングなど、さまざまなダウンストリームのアプリケーションで使用できます。
DNeasy PowerMax Soil Kitは、MOBIO社からPowerMax Soil DNA Isolation Kitとして販売されていた製品です。

The DNeasy PowerMax Soil Kit was used to isolate total genomic DNA from 8 different soil samples. Isolated DNA (0.75 µg of each) was ethidium stained and analyzed on a 1% TAE agarose gel. M = Marker DNA.
