PCR inhibitor absorption matrix for use with Buffer ASL during DNA purification
InhibitEX Tablets are used for PCR inhibitor absorption during DNA purification. InhibitEX is a unique reagent that adsorbs substances that can degrade DNA and inhibit downstream enzymatic reactions so that they can easily be removed by a quick centrifugation step. The tablets are included in the QIAamp DNA Stool Mini Kit.
