Check and clean the tip sensor. Check the tip racks for damage or debris. Power off then on the QIAcube. Perform the tightness test as outlines in the Testing the tightness of the QIAcube pipetting system.

 

If the issue persists or the tightness test reveals that the pipettor system has a tightness issue, please contact QIAGEN Technical Services for further assistance.
