Laurence Devesse, PhD, Global Product Manager - HID applications , QIAGEN
Dr. Laurence Devesse holds a PhD in Forensic Genetics from King’s College London, alongside a BSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Bath and an MRes in Forensic Science from King’s College London. She has presented at more than 20 conferences, with a focus on the development and adoption of Next Generation Sequencing in forensic applications. In 2024, she received the Rosalind Franklin Award in Science in recognition of her contributions to forensic genomics research. Dr. Devesse is currently a Global Product Manager for HID applications at QIAGEN and also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London.
