Performance
The RNeasy Mini QIAcube Kit, including rotor adapters preloaded with RNeasy spin columns and elution tubes, delivers greater convenience and time savings (see figure "Significant time savings with dedicated QIAcube Kits").
Principle
The RNeasy Mini QIAcube Kit includes rotor adapters that are preloaded with RNeasy spin columns and elution tubes, increasing ease of use and minimizing user errors. Waste is reduced as the content of the dedicated kit is tailored to purification on the QIAcube. Tubes required for the manual procedure are not included. Using stringent guanidine-isothiocyanate lysis with the purity of silica-membrane purification, the RNeasy Mini QIAcube Kit enables standardized RNA purification from up to 1 x 107 cells or 30 mg tissue.
Procedure

The QIAcube uses advanced technology to process QIAGEN spin columns, enabling seamless integration of automated, low-throughput sample prep into laboratory workflows. All steps in the purification procedure are fully automated — and up to 12 samples can be processed per run. The QIAcube together with the dedicated RNeasy Mini QIAcube Kit provides fast, easy, and convenient RNA purification.
