Here, you can save your favorite pathways and find cataloged assays and arrays specific to your pathways of interest, or build a customized product that perfectly fits your needs. You can also use My Pathway Lists to create a Gene List for the desired pathway.

If you have added a pathway to My Pathway List, you can custom build an array for all genes in that pathway by clicking on the “Use selected items for plates / custom arrays” option. You will be directed to the Custom Array Builder page where you can proceed with customizing your product.

If you need to modify the genes in the selected pathway, click on the “Create Gene List from Pathway” option to export a list of the pathway’s genes to your Gene List, where you can carry out the desired modifications and create a custom array for that gene list through the Custom Builder.
