QIAgility Operating Software, version 4.17.1 (Windows platforms)
Instrument operating software designed for flexible use in various applications. Use this software for all applications other than gene expression and pathogen detection. For gene expression and pathogen detection applications, we recommend using the QIAgility Setup Manager Software.

Important: It is not possible to install both QIAgility Operating Software 4.17.1 and QIAgility Setup Manager Software on the same computer. Please uninstall QIAgility Setup Manager Software before installing QIAgility Operating Software 4.17.1. For more information, contact QIAGEN Technical Services.

Note: QIAgility Operating Software is not compatible with CAS-1200 instruments. Download the latest CAS-1200 operating software.
QIAgility Setup Manager Software, version 1.3 (Windows platforms)
Instrument operating software including the QIAgility Setup Manager Gene Expression, Pathogen Detection, Sample Pooling and Generic PCR plug-in. The software offers a complete solution for qPCR setup, sample normalization, CE loading, certain liquid handling, as well as sample pooling. The Gene Expression and Pathogen Detection plug-ins are optimized for use with QIAGEN gene expression and pathogen detection kits, such as QuantiTect, QuantiFast, QuantiNova and Rotor-Gene kits. The Generic PCR plug-in allows flexible qPCR setup, liquid handling and support for the whole HID workflow.

For software installation instructions, please refer to the QIAgility Unpacking and Installation Instructions or to the QIAgility User Manual, chapter 4.4.

Important: It is not possible to install both QIAgility Setup Manager Software and QIAgility Operating Software 4.17.1 on the same computer.
