Which elution volumes are available with the QIAsymphony PAXgene Blood ccfDNA Kit?
The elution volume of the standard protocols (STA) is fixed at 60 µl. The large fragment protocols (LAF) enable elution in 3 different volumes: 60, 100 and 150 µl.
