This protocol is for purification of total RNA from up to 20 mg frozen or 10 mg stabilized easy-to-lyse tissue, or up to 5 x 10e6 animal cells using the RNeasy Plus Mini Kit. Genomic DNA is removed using gDNA Elimination columns. |
