| Description |
This protocol is for purification of up to 300 µg of 6xHis-tagged protein from bacterial pellets using the Ni-NTA Spin Kit. Purification is carried out under denaturing conditions. The protocol consists of 2 parts: Part A (lysis, purification, and first elution step) and Part B (optional second elution step). For the optional second elution step, continue immediately with Part B when Part A has finished. |
