This protocol is for the isolation of genomic DNA from up to 50 mg of plant cells, tissues and seeds, including difficult sample types such as strawberry leaf, cotton leaf and pine needles using the DNeasy PowerPlant Pro kit. This protocol includes all inhibitor removal steps. |
