| Description |
This protocol is for purification of DNA, RNA, and miRNA from up to 30 mg frozen or 20 mg stabilized tissue or up to 1 x 10e7 cells/blood cells using the AllPrep DNA/RNA/miRNA Universal Kit. The protocol consists of 2 parts: part A (DNA purification) and part B (RNA purification). When the DNA purification protocol (part A) has been completed, continue immediately with the RNA purification protocol (part B). |
