This protocol enables efficient purification of circulating nucleic acids from human serum or plasma using the QIAamp Circulating Nucleic Acid Kit. Lyse and vacuum steps have to be performed manually prior to use of the QIAcube. Due to the high sample input volume of up to 5 ml, only the three wash steps and the elution step can be automated on the QIAcube. |
