This protocol is for isolation of genomic DNA from 3 to 8 FFPE tissue sections using the QIAamp DNA FFPE Tissue Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, samples must first be deparaffinized and treated with proteinase K. DNA is then purified using a fully automated protocol. |
