This protocol is for purification of total RNA from up to 5 mg fresh or frozen or 2-3 mg stabilized tissue, or up to 5 x 10e5 cells using the RNeasy Plus Micro Kit. Genomic DNA is removed using gDNA Eliminator spin columns. |
