This protocol is for isolation of DNA from FTA and Guthrie cards using the QIAamp DNA Investigator Kit. The protocol consists of 2 parts: part A (lysis) and part B (purification). When the lysis protocol (part A) has finished, continue immediately with the purification protocol (part B). |
