This protocol is for purification of up to 300 µg of 6xHis-tagged protein from insect cells using the Ni-NTA Spin Kit. Purification is carried out under native conditions. The protocol consists of 2 parts: Part A (lysis, purification, and first elution step) and part B (optional second elution step). For the optional second elution step, continue immediately with part B when part A has finished. |
