| Description |
This protocol is for extraction and purification of DNA fragments (70 bp to 4 kb) from standard or low-melt agarose gels in TAE or TBE buffer using the MinElute Gel Extraction Kit. The purification procedure provides high end-concentrations of DNA. Up to 400 mg agarose with a concentration of up to 2% can be processed per spin column. |
