| Description |
This protocol is for purification of DNA and RNA from up to 20 mg frozen or 10 mg stabilized animal tissue, or up to 5 x 10e6 animal cells using the AllPrep DNA/RNA Mini Kit. The protocol consists of 2 parts: part A (DNA purification) and part B (RNA purification). When the DNA purification protocol (part A) has finished, continue immediately with the RNA purification protocol (part B). |
