This protocol is for purification of total RNA from up to 20 mg frozen or 10 mg stabilized easy-to-lyse tissue, or up to 5 x 10e6 animal cells using the RNeasy Mini Kit. On-column DNase digestion using the RNase-Free DNase Set provides efficient digestion of DNA during RNA purification. |
