This protocol is for purification of up to 20 µg plasmid DNA from 1–5 ml overnight cultures of E. coli in LB (Luria-Bertani) medium using the QIAprep Miniprep Spin Kit. The protocol includes a wash step with Buffer PB and 2 elution steps. |
