This protocol is for purification of plasmid DNA from 1–2 ml overnight cultures of E. coli in LB (Luria-Bertani) medium using the QIAprep Miniprep Spin Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, bacterial pellets must be resuspended in Buffer P1. |
