| Description |
This protocol is for purification of DNA from up to 25 mg tissue samples using the QIAamp DNA Mini Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, samples must be digested with proteinase K in Buffer ATL. DNA is then purified from the lysed samples using a fully automated protocol. |
