| Description |
This protocol is for cleanup and concentrating of the primary eluate obtained from plasma or serum using QIAamp ccf DNA/RNA Kit.
Prior to processing on the QIAcube, lysis, protein precipitation and initial purification via RNeasy Midi Spin Column of 1 to 4 ml plasma or serum must be performed.
Resulting ccf DNA/RNA is then purified using a fully automated protocol. |
