This protocol is for the isolation of high quality total RNA from up to 250 mg of stool, dried feces, gut material, contaminated buccal swabs and secretions using the RNeasy PowerMicrobiome Kit. This protocol contains all inhibitor removal steps and on-column DNase digestion. |
