This protocol is for the phenol-free isolation of total RNA including miRNA from 200µl serum and plasma samples.Prior to processing on the QIAcube the serum or plasma sample must be lysed and the protein precipitated. Total RNA including small RNA is then purified using a fully automated protocol. |
