Description	This protocol is for the cleanup of circulating DNA following the pre-concentration steps of the QIAamp MinElute ccfDNA Mini or Midi kit. Prior to processing on the QIAcube pre-concentration of up to 10 ml plasma or serum must be performed. Resulting ccfDNA is then purified using a fully automated protocol.
