| Description |
This protocol is for isolation of genomic DNA from up to 5 mg tissue using the QIAamp UCP DNA Micro Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, perform sample lysis and ethanol incubation. DNA is then purified from the lysed samples using a fully automated protocol. |
