This protocol is optimized for the isolation of total microbial genomic DNA from up to 250mg of a wide variety of soil types and environmental samples containing difficult to lyse microbes using the DNeasy PowerLyzer PowerSoil kit. This protocol includes all inhibitor removal steps. |
