This protocol is for isolation of genomic DNA from FFPE tissue sections for reliable next-generation sequencing analysis using the GeneRead DNA FFPE Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, perform sample deparaffinization, lysis, heat incubation, and UNG digestion. DNA is then purified using a fully automated protocol. |
