This protocol is for purification of DNA from stool for human DNA analysis using the QIAamp Fast DNA Stool Mini Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, samples must first be treated with InibitEX Buffer. DNA is then purified from the supernatant using a fully automated protocol. |
