This protocol is for purification of total DNA from up to 100 mg fresh or up to 20 mg dried or lyophilized plant material using the DNeasy Plant Mini Kit. Before processing on the QIAcube, disrupted samples must first be lysed. DNA is then purified from the lysed samples using a fully automated protocol. |
