The QIAcube Connect principle The QIAcube Connect is provided with a tablet that enables remote run preparation, and provides status updates on the progress of your run.
QIAcube Connect UV light The QIAcube Connect instrument comes with a built-in UV light that enables full worktable decontamination, and prevents any sample carryover.
Genomic DNA (gDNA) barely detectable after UV light exposure gDNA is barely or not detectable anymore after UV light exposure alone (without any wipe and cleaning procedure). When a wiping and cleaning protocol is also applied, no DNA can be detected.
The QIAcube Connect touchscreen The QIAcube Connect has a large integrated touchscreen that simplifies protocol selection, and clear on-screen messages guide the user through worktable setup, taking ease-of-use to the next level.
Automated QIAprep Mini Standard procedure Using the QIAcube Connect. Fully automated purification of nucleic acids or proteins using QIAGEN spin kits, such as QIAprep Mini kits, on the QIAcube Connect eliminates the need for tedious manual steps. Sample preparation on the QIAcube Connect follows the same steps as the manual procedure (i.e., lyse, bind, wash and elute). No change in purification chemistry is required.
The QIAcube Connect worktable The features of the QIAcube Connect worktable, which lets you process up to 12 samples, include: 3 tip/enzyme racks for easy loading,  a sample tube holder/shaker,  bottle racks for your reagents,  a robotic arm with sensors and a UV light for decontamination.
