Dr. Sarah Fakih

Dr. Sarah Fakih obtained her PhD in inorganic chemistry from the University of Münster in 2004. After her PhD, she conducted a two-and-a-half year postdoctoral position at the Department of Pharmacy at King’s College London. She then accepted a lecturer position at the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry at the Excellence University of Göttingen in 2007. She declined a full tenure track professorship in bioinorganic/coordination chemistry at the Ludwigs-Maximilian-University of Munich to join QIAGEN at the end of 2009.
