Single-Analyte ELISArray Kits are designed to quantitatively measure the amount of an individual cytokine or chemokine in multiple samples using an ELISA. Each 96-well plate (8 wells/strip, 12 strips) is coated with a protein-specific capture antibody. High sensitivity, good linearity and low background enable reliable and reproducible results. The kits feature the highly sensitive capture and detection antibodies in a preoptimized assay system.

Principle

Single-Analyte ELISArray Kits are designed to quantitatively measure the amount of an individual cytokine or chemokine in multiple samples using ELISA. Each 96-well plate (8 wells/strip, 12 strips) is coated with a protein-specific capture antibody. Commercially available capture and detection antibodies are screened to achieve very high sensitivity and linearity for each cytokine or chemokine assay. The kits feature highly sensitive capture and detection antibodies in a preoptimized assay system. All assays are optimized under uniform conditions.

Procedure

Single-Analyte ELISArray Kits use a standard sandwich ELISA protocol (see flowchart "ELISArray protocol"). There is no requirement for special equipment; kits are compatible with a standard ELISA plate reader.

Applications

Single-Analyte ELISArray Kits are highly suited for research into autoimmune and immune disorders, cancer, immunology, infectious diseases and many other areas of biological and medical research. They can be used in any application typically analyzed using individual ELISA kits.
