Using a bead-based homogenizer like the PowerLyzer 24 Homogenizer and lysis solutions, fresh or frozen tissues are lysed. RNA is collected in a silica spin filter to be washed and eluted. All reagents, water, tubes and spin filters provided are certified RNase-free.
