Principle

QIAxcel Advanced系统包括一系列激光二极管和内置QIAxcel预制胶卡夹的微光采集器。片段在胶中移动的过程中毛细管旁路激发并检测信号,信号通过光电倍增管传至可进行数据分析的QIAxcel ScreenGel软件(参见"Sample separation process")。
