Principle

The RT² Microfluidics qPCR Reagent System provides a rapid and convenient procedure for preparing RNA samples for RT² Profiler PCR Array analysis using the Fluidigm BioMark Real-Time PCR Instrument with EvaGreen chemistry. Reagents are included for first-strand synthesis, genomic DNA elimination, and targeted preamplification, as well as a master mix for microfluidic real-time PCR that is specially optimized for use with RT² Profiler PCR Arrays. In total, this system allows simultaneous and easy parallel processing of 96 RNA samples for pathway-focused qPCR analysis on a single Fluidigm 96.96 Dynamic Array Integrated Fluidic Circuit.

Applications
cDNA synthesized using the RT² Microfluidics qPCR Reagent System yields excellent results in real-time PCR expression analysis of multiple genes.
