How to Order

What you need to shop online

To place an order on www.qiagen.com, you need to have an account and log in before proceeding to checkout. To see and buy certain products, you need to login with a verified address. If you have an account which has not been verified yet, please contact our Customer Care department

 

1 To order online, please access your account by clicking on Log in. After you are logged in,
please go to step 4.

 

2 If you do not have an online account, click on Register here:

 

3 From here, you may access the main menu to create your account in three easy steps:
1. Your Details 2. Your Interests 3. Your Subscriptions

 

 

 

 

4 Click on Account Data to ensure that your address is filled out before placing your first order. Your online account can be matched to your current customer account only if both shipping and billing addresses are complete.

 

5 Add an address by clicking on + , complete all fields and click Confirm.
Note: Detailed and correct addresses are verified the fastest. You can set up and manage multiple shipping and billing addresses.

 

6 New addresses require verification by our Customer Care department. Verification status is indicated by the color below the address field:
• Green – your Customer Care department has successfully verified the address. Discounts and pricing will be automatically calculated when ordering online:

 

• Red – your Customer Care department will verify the address. You may order online using general discounts and list prices, and your specific conditions (pricing, discounts, VAT, etc.) will be applied on the invoice:

 

Note: our webshop does not allow you to enter addresses in other countries. If you want to order for other countries, please contact our Customer Care department

Search for your products

 

To add products to your cart, use the search bar to find products or browse the product categories:

 

Important note: If this is not your first order, you can also repeat a previous order, which is useful for when your orders generally include the same products. To access your previous orders, just log in and click on "My Account" at the top of our website.

There are 2 ways to add products to your cart:

 

1Click on the “Add to cart” button next to each product on the Product Group Page, the Search Page or in the Product Recommendations

 

2Use our Quick Order or Mass Upload tools

Your QIAGEN shopping cart

 

Saving shopping carts for later use or emailing shopping carts to colleagues: You can prepare a cart of products and save it for later use by sending it to yourself. This is useful for when you don’t have time to complete an order, need to check something before ordering, or need to obtain permission from someone else before ordering. You can also put together a shopping cart and email it to someone else to order (or you can have someone else prepare a cart and send it to you to order). This is useful if someone else places your orders or if you prefer someone else to list the products that they want you to order.

To email your cart, add products as normal and then click "Forward Cart" below the shopping cart. You will then be asked to enter your name and email address, a message, and the email address of the person to whom you want to send the cart. The person receiving the cart will then have a link to follow so that they can see what you have entered and can place the order for you, if applicable.

Order confirmation

Review and confirm your order:
• Please use your displayed order number when contacting your Customer Care department
• You may print your order confirmation by clicking on the printer icon
• You will receive a separate order confirmation including your final charges and pricing
