cador TKP PCR Reagent

For multiplex detection of T. equigenitalis, K. pneumoniae, and P. aeruginosa DNA

  • Simultaneous multiplex detection of T. equigenitalis, K. pneumoniae, and P. aeruginosa DNA
  • Internal Control to monitor the DNA isolation procedure and PCR inhibition
  • Ready-to-use system for real-time PCR
  • Full license for PCR without additional costs
  • Developed in conjunction with the Veterinary Laboratories Agency (VLA), UK
The cador TKP PCR Kit is a ready-to-use system for the detection of Taylorella equigenitalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa DNA using real-time PCR on Rotor-Gene Systems. All 3 pathogens are detected in one tube on the Rotor-Gene Q. An Internal Control is included in the same tube, to monitor DNA extraction and/or the presence of PCR inhibitors.

For laboratory use. Not for use in veterinary diagnostic procedures. No claim or representation is intended to provide information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a veterinary disease.
