Fast and efficient DNA methylation analysis

The study of epigenetic mechanisms, or methylation of DNA, is increasingly important in applications ranging from cancer research to genetic imprinting and biomarker development. For insightful results, DNA methylation assays need to provide accurate and detailed profiles of the DNA methylation patterns underlying cell cycle regulation, differential gene expression and epigenetic effects.

We provide a complete system to go from bisulfite-converted DNA to a sequencing-ready library using a single-day workflow. Using Single Primer Extension (SPE), this approach increases the efficiency of design – making it more sensitive for challenging samples, while maximizing coverage of the regions of interest.
