Investigator Lyse & Spin Basket Kit 用于对固体基质上的法医样本进行裂解和过滤。该程序可用于测试拭子、织物或皮革碎片、纸张、烟蒂、口香糖、小胶带或其他类型的样本。Investigator Lyse & Prep Basket Kit 符合 ISO 18385 要求。

Principle

Lyse & Spin 吊篮与手动和自动提取试剂盒(例如 EZ1&2 DNA Investigator、QIAsymphony DNA Investigator 或 QIAamp DNA Investigator Kit)一起用于法医样本的预处理。它们能在一个简单的程序中同时完成样本裂解和固体样本基质分离。无需转移样本即可获得澄清裂解物。

Procedure

在法医样本的裂解步骤中,吊篮会保留裂解缓冲液。在普通台式离心系统上进行离心分离后,吊篮底部的孔会打开,让样本裂解物穿过吊篮。含有核酸的裂解物会被高效回收并收集到提供的 2 ml 采样管中,而固体颗粒则留在吊篮中。用过的带有固体样本基质的吊篮可以选择存放在提供的第 2 个采样管中(仅适用于 Investigator Lyse & Spin Basket Kit (50))。

Applications

Investigator Lyse & Spin Basket Kit 可在鉴证法医和基因身份测试中将样本裂解与固体样本基质分离相结合,例如口腔或表面拭子、织物、烟蒂纸等。
